𝗥𝗲 𝗥𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗿 [𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬] 𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗦𝗖 𝟴𝟵𝟱

A course of chemotherapy was determined to be in a child’s best interest notwithstanding the parents declining to consent. Relevantly the Court at [31] said: “𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮 ... 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘢𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮.
